By creating an account or using CueContactPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What CueContactPro does

CueContactPro is a platform, currently pre-launch, that helps pool players find matched games and connects players with venues, leagues, and tournament organizers. Some listed games and tournaments may involve entry fees or stakes set by players, venues, or organizers; CueContactPro facilitates the connection and does not itself operate or profit from any wagering, and is not a party to arrangements between players.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.
• You agree to report match results honestly; both players confirming a result is part of how the platform keeps ratings fair.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by harassing other users, submitting false results, circumventing safety or verification features, or using the service for anything unlawful, including any wagering activity that is not permitted under the law that applies to you.

Fees

Any tournament entry fees, prizes, or stakes shown on the platform are set by the venue, organizer, or players involved, not by CueContactPro, unless stated otherwise at the time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” We do our best to help you find real, well-matched games, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or the outcome of any match, event, or tournament.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CueContactPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between players, venues, or organizers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
